In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders for this item typically ship within 7–14 days.
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 on all U.S. orders, with free shipping on purchases over $35. Each order is carefully packaged in a padded or bubble mailer to help ensure your bracelets arrive safely.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, as we’re unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the natural materials we use, slight variations and normal wear are to be expected. While we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, if you experience an issue with your bracelet within 30 days of purchase, please contact us. Please do not cut, alter, or modify your bracelet in any way, as this will void any eligibility for repair or replacement. In some cases, shipping costs may not be refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
