Shipping Details

Bracelets are handcrafted and typically ship within 5–7 business days. If an item you’re interested in is marked as pre-order, it usually means we are waiting on materials. Pre-order timelines may vary. Estimated pre-order dates are subject to change based on supplier availability or production delays beyond our control. Please see the product page at checkout for estimated ship times. If your order includes both regular and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once all items are ready.

 

Shipping timelines may be extended during holidays or launch dates.

After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please ensure a secure delivery location, as once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are unable to replace or refund orders that show as delivered. In this case, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or help locate your package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions. Packages that remain in transit beyond normal timeframes will require a carrier investigation before resolution.

In addition, we are unable to replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses or due to customer entry errors. Orders cannot be modified once submitted. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the packaging and the items inside. This allows us to promptly file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

Packages refused or returned to sender may be subject to reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders cannot be modified once materials have been prepared or assembly has begun. Address change requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed.

If an order is successfully canceled prior to shipment, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and offered a refund or store credit for the affected item at our discretion.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. Estimated ship dates are listed on product pages. If you need items sooner, please place separate orders.

Returns & Refunds

Each piece is handcrafted, and all sales are final. Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

However, if you experience a defect or quality issue with an item within 14 days of delivery, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after review and approval. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Many of our items feature natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and tone may occur. We do our best to accurately represent each item, though screen settings and lighting may affect how products appear. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is authorized, return shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

Any cutting, altering, resizing, or modification of your items in any way will void eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Gift Cards & Rewards

Tatum & Sands digital gift cards are available for purchase and do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards or store credit issued as part of a promotion or drawing are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issuance. Promotional gift cards or credits may carry expiration dates and usage restrictions distinct from purchased gift cards.

Rewards, promotions, and coupon codes are valid for one-time use at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Rewards and coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Only one reward, discount, or promotional code may be used per order.

Rewards, coupons, and loyalty redemptions cannot be combined with other site promotions or special events unless explicitly stated. During certain promotional periods, the use of rewards or coupon codes may be restricted or temporarily disabled at our discretion.

Points may be redeemed for store credit. Store credit may be applied toward future purchases only and has no cash value. Reward points may not be redeemed toward the purchase of gift cards.

Points may be earned through purchases and other promotional offerings as advertised at the time. Purchase-related points are awarded after payment is confirmed. If an order is refunded, canceled, or payment is reversed for any reason, associated points may be removed.

Free shipping offers, when available, are based on the order subtotal before discounts, rewards, or promotional codes are applied.

To refer a friend, you must have an active account with at least one completed order. Referral rewards are issued after your referred friend completes their first purchase.

Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year on the date provided in your account profile.

Point earning rates, redemption values, and reward tiers are subject to change at any time. Points do not expire. Tatum & Sands reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel the rewards program at any time.

Specific eligibility requirements, entry details, redemption terms, and expiration information will be provided at the time of the promotion.
